Appointments
For your convenience, and to better utilize your time and ours, appointments are appreciated but not required. If requested, an examination will be arranged with the doctor of your choice.

Grooming
All cats and dogs that are to be groomed should be admitted by 8:30 a.m. to allow sufficient time for drying and brushing.  Our groomer has many years of experience and will groom your pet as you request.  The groomer will consult with you and make recommendations on how often it is best to have your pet groomed.

Boarding
We have a complete, spacious boarding facility to provide excellent care for your pet while you are away. Boarding packages are calculated by the number of nights the pet stays. No pet may be picked up or delivered for boarding, except during normal office hours.

LogoSurgery
Admission for surgery patients is between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. the day of surgery (or you can drop off your pet the night before, during regular hours). It is important to withhold food from your pet after 6 p.m. the night before the surgery, but water should be provided.

All surgeries are performed with a CO2 surgical laser to decrease your pet's pain and bleeding, and to speed their recovery from surgery.

Discharge times for all medical and surgical cases are: between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday.

Vaccinations
All pets entering the hospital for any reason must be up to date on all vaccinations. This is for your pet's protection as well as the others in our hospital. If your pet was vaccinated elsewhere, a copy of their vaccination record must be provided on admission.

Reminder cards are sent to you when your pet is due for vaccinations, heartworm and fecal tests, and regular annual physical examinations.
